I'm not entirely sure why I'm including an introduction. I don't expect other people to read this and I'm doing it as mainly an exercise to kill some time and get some of my thoughts in a tangible form. That said, I suppose I could always use practice in writing such things.
What is Min/Max life? It's what happens when you take a Gamer that's fluent in table top and LARP systems and give them a background in social sciences. The general idea will be looking at the various aspects of life, ranging from dating to work and planning, and put it in a paradigm that can be readily digested by gaming types. The idea came to me while I was looking around at dating interactions and realized that everyone tends to get with someone that either externally (society) or internally (themselves) was viewed as of near "equal" value. The actual factors are, generally, a combination of the two, but. I'll cover it in more detail in my first actual blog post.
About myself: As formentioned, I'm a sociology major with an extensive history in RP, primarily D&D, WoD, Exalted and LARPs. I'm a Jr. A more detailed analysis of myself will come when I analyze dating in RP terms next post.
